We are not a broker, not a prop firm, and do not provide financial advice. All trading activity is carried out strictly within the rules set by the relevant prop firm.

2. Account Ownership & Fund Control

You retain full ownership and control of your prop firm account at all times.

• We are granted trading access only

• We do not have access to:

  • Account withdrawals

  • Payout details

  • Personal funds

• All payouts are processed directly by the prop firm to you

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves risk, including the risk of loss of a prop firm account.

While we apply strict risk management and disciplined execution:

• Results are not guaranteed

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

• Drawdowns and account loss are possible

By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Passing challenges

• Receiving payouts

• Profitability

• Account survival

Any performance examples shown on the website are illustrative only and should not be considered promises or guarantees.

5. Fees & Profit Splits

• Any upfront fees are clearly communicated before onboarding

• Profit splits apply only to profits, never losses

• We earn only when the account performs

• Fees are non-refundable once account management begins

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing correct account details

• Ensuring your account is eligible for management

• Informing us of any rule changes from the prop firm

• Monitoring your account regularly

Failure to follow prop firm rules or provide accurate information may result in account loss.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any applicant

• Pause or terminate account management at our discretion

• Stop trading on any account if risk limits or rules are breached

You may also terminate account management at any time by removing trading access.

8. Compliance With Prop Firm Rules

All trading is conducted with the intention of remaining compliant with prop firm rules. However:

• Rule interpretation and enforcement is controlled by the prop firm

• We are not responsible for decisions made by prop firms regarding account termination or payout denial

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for losses, missed profits, or account termination

• We are not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or prop firm actions

Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
